MY PHILOSOPHY

I started BBI Consultants after watching too many talented founders burn out trying to duct-tape their tools together. They didn't need more software. They needed someone to sit with them, understand how their business actually breathes, and build a system around that.

My background sits at the intersection of operations, marketing technology, and design. I've spent years inside platforms like GoHighLevel — but more importantly, I've spent years inside the heads of the people running small businesses.

Every workflow I build starts with a conversation, not a template. Because your business is not a template.
