Services may be updated or discontinued at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Respond to communication within reasonable time

• Provide access to accounts/platforms needed for project completion

• Review and approve materials

• Respect timelines and deliverables
  

Delays in client feedback may delay project timelines.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

A. Payments

Payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For subscription services, recurring charges will be automatically billed.

B. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only if work has not yet begun and is at the discretion of the Company.

C. Late Payments

Invoices not paid by the due date may result in:

5. Scheduling & Timelines

Project timelines depend on:

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, strategies, frameworks, workflows, and proprietary tools remain the property of BBI Consultants LLC unless otherwise stated.

Client-Owned Deliverables

Upon final payment, the client receives a license to use completed deliverables for business purposes.

You may not resell, share, or distribute our materials without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Client information

• Business assets

• Login credentials

• Project materials
  

Sensitive information will be protected with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BBI Consultants LLC provides services “as-is” without guarantees of:

• Increased revenue

• Lead volume

• Client acquisition

• Exact outcomes
  

We are not responsible for results outside of our control (market shifts, client implementation, third-party changes).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BBI Consultants LLC is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

• Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the service in dispute.
  

10. Cancellations

For ongoing services or retainers, 30-day written notice is required to cancel.

11. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms (such as GoHighLevel, automation tools, email services).
We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by these vendors.

Client is responsible for maintaining all third-party subscription fees.

12. Governing Law
